Data Analysis Project: Direct Mail Campaign Effectiveness

As the lead for Direct Mail campaigns, I spearheaded a project to analyze recently received data from a junior data analyst. The dataset included response data from a test involving multiple products and creative strategies, detailing mail pieces sent and resulting accounts. My task was to present the findings to senior management, identifying winning products and creative strategies to maximize new booking generation.

Utilizing Excel and Tableau, I conducted a thorough analysis of the dataset. I used pivot tables to organize and summarize the data, highlighting key performance metrics for each product and creative. Through effective visualization techniques, I presented clear and actionable insights.

The analysis identified the most effective products and creatives, providing a strategic roadmap to enhance future Direct Mail campaigns and maximize new bookings. This project emphasized my skills in data analysis, visualization, and strategic communication.
