Developing a Balanced Scorecard for Coal Mine Coffee

I developed a Balanced Scorecard for Coal Mine Coffee by aligning performance measures with strategic objectives across financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth perspectives. Specific objectives were set for each perspective, a strategy map was formulated, performance measures were integrated, and an action plan was outlined. The strategy was then revised based on feedback received. I conducted an analysis of performance outcomes, delivered a succinct presentation using Libby Boxes and strategic mapping, and highlighted the benefits of the balanced scorecard approach. Clear targets were established for performance measures. A thorough entity analysis was performed to pinpoint key performance measures and strategic goals. A 5-minute presentation summarized the balanced scorecard development, with strategies effectively prioritized using Libby Boxes and strategic mapping. Feedback was used to enhance the strategy and refine performance measures, with realistic targets set for performance improvement in the upcoming year.
